Known as Canada’s premiere department store, Holt Renfrew’s Toronto flagship used a soothing pallet of creams in the women’s sections. Sculptural details using materials such as glass, perspex, aluminum and chrome organically create separate areas for the array of retail collections. The space is illuminated with recessed lighting in circular patterns. Herringbone wood floors, leather chairs and dark millwork in the men’s section add masculinity to the space.
