ORIGINAL CHARM
— — —
Retaining the charm of the original building while modernizing the space was essential, the original floors were refinished and high ceilings maximized to accommodate multiple uses.

DISTINCT SPACES
— — —
The renovation spanned three large floor areas and included a mandate to build out two separate, distinct offices, each requiring its own reception area, boardroom, meeting rooms, offices, café, lounge and recording studio.

IMPOSING FEATURE
— — —
A feature glass and steel, interconnecting staircase in an open area where the ceilings soared to 30’ in height is highlighted in the FCB space.
