The Chase is located on what was formerly the roof of the Dineen building featuring a 75-seat terrace with sweeping views of the Financial District as well as an upscale dining area marked by an open kitchen and indoor-outdoor bar, a truly stunning addition to the heritage structure.

INVITING DESIGN
— — —
A departure from a traditional restaurant, The Chase was designed with each dining area to feel like various rooms of a high-end home. The colour palette is light, creating a feeling of comfort and luxury with a backdrop of Toronto’s financial district.

270º VIEWS
— — —
The design uses a mix of traditional and contemporary elements to create a feeling of laid-back luxury. Light and soft fabrics present a powerful contrast to the surrounding architecture visible through the floor to ceiling windows throughout the space.

ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS
— — —
Coffered ceilings with recessed lighting create gentle hues, and wainscoting on the walls add to the sophistication of the space. The flooring is a combination of wood and inlaid marble, tile, and carpeting.

ELEGANT FINISHES

The Cambria Quartz bar top and custom glass and metal hanging shelving above allow the views of the surroundings to remain unobstructed.
