A combination of concrete, steel, wood and glass has been blended to create a sleek office space for Mark Anthony Brands. Polished concrete with steel fiber floors, sand blasted brick and fir beams from the heritage building were brought back to their original condition. The steel single stringer staircase with frameless glass railing connects the mezzanine addition to the existing 1st floor. This project won a 2012 ARIDO Award of Merit.
