Owned by Interpublic, one of the world’s largest ad agency conglomerates, FCB, formerly known as Draft FCB, and Rivet are advertising agencies that relocated to Toronto’s Liberty Village in a building built in 1908 and nicknamed the ‘Light bulb Factory.’

Retaining the charm of the original building while modernizing the space was essential, the original floors were refinished and high ceilings maximized to accommodate multiple uses.

The renovation spanned three large floor areas and included a mandate to build out two separate, distinct offices, each requiring its own reception area, boardroom, meeting rooms, offices, café, lounge and recording studio.
