We take the same attitude we use with our clients and apply it to our very own properties. Our approach is quite simple. We look for buildings in areas we feel have been overlooked. Bring them back to their original bones, add features such as operable windows, high efficiency building systems and green roofs. Most importantly, we create spaces that our team would be proud to call home.
So far, we’ve transformed 18 and 62 Hook Ave in the Junction and 35 Golden Ave in Roncesvalles Village. Most other developers might have considered these properties for their land value only. We had another vision. We turned them into homes for innovative small businesses in software development, interior design, graphic design, industrial design and even a modern dance studio. Not only do we believe we’ve added value to the properties, but to the entire surrounding neighbourhood.
